Longer trips up to 25km but usually 12km. You will feel tired at the end of the day but pleasantly so. |
Making sure we have the correct manouvres and positioning in the environment to minimise the effort required.Breifings and practise before skills and techniques are needed. |
Skills and strokes to allow progress and direction control in a range of conditions. |

Today you might fall out of your boat! but you are up for the challenge. You and your group will be able to deal with everything but you may need direct input from the coach/guide. |
These days could be strenuous and definitely pulse raisers at times ether physically or emotionally but you will be able to control it with the help and preparations of the coach/guide. |
Planning, making sure that if your stability is challenged then you have the kit and time in the environment to deal with it with minumum fuss and continue on your way. |
Using anticipation to plan ahead while moving in a dynamic environment. More precise and sustained application of a wider range of strokes. |
