What we can do during lockdown...... as we emerge.

Distance Learning

Ken has always provided ongoing support through various media and online resources for people that have been on his courses.

This is now available for anyone who wants to develop any aspect of Sea Kayaking contact Ken for details or a chat to discuss your requirements.

For example

Video coaching- contact Ken to discuss your requirements, he will give advice on setup and how we can arrange recording performance, analysis, feedback and progression. You don't need fancy equipment.

Practice routines for self coaching or peer to peer coaching.... or coaching others. This can be any aspect of sea kayaking eg foundation strokes and rescues or working with the environment. Again a similar process to video coaching.

Risk management and planning As we emerge from lockdown this could be quite important. Anything from a quick review of a planned trip or session to guidance and support in developing your own skills in these areas. Again a similar process to practice routine and video coaching.

Any combination of the above or anything you may have in mind.

These are not off-the-shelf products, they are tailored to individuals or small groups.
