Whitewater kayaking, boat trips, diving, fishing sea and inland, rambling and hill walking are all available in the surrounding area. Skiing, mountaineering, ice and rock climbing are all available within a 45 min drive of Oban. Hill walking The area offers superb hill walking including the classic munro Ben Cuachan. Dun Crutagain opposite where we live gives stunning views over the area we paddle in and can be accessed from the Ardmaddy - Degnish "money tree" walk
